Carburetor Sizing Recommendations

• 28mm SC3: Optimal for Honda Odyssey FL250 engines.
• 36mm SC3: Ideal for stock to mildly modified Honda Odyssey FL350R and Pilot FL400R engines.
• 38mm SC3: Recommended for aggressively ported, pipe-tuned, big-bore, or high-RPM FL350R and FL400R builds.

Upgrading Your FL350 Intake & Airbox Connection

Because the factory FL350 intake manifold is built strictly for a 32mm spigot, upgrading to a 36mm or 38mm SmartCarb requires enlarged intake and airbox ducting. While the aging OEM rubber boot can sometimes be stretched, the cleanest, safest, and most secure installation is achieved with our all-in-one CNC adapter package.

Cockpit Remote Choke Integration

The Honda Odyssey FL350R and Pilot FL400R utilize a dash- or seat-mounted remote choke lever. Selecting the optional Remote Choke assembly allows you to retain this convenient in-cockpit cable functionality. If you opt for the standard manual choke, you will simply pull the choke knob directly on the carburetor body prior to cold starts. (Note: Depending on your exact cable vintage and routing, minor cable barrel adjustment may be needed during installation).
