At Oddball ORV, we are committed to providing high-quality parts and exceptional customer service for vintage Honda Odyssey and Pilot ATVs. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. General Policy

Final Sales

• All sales are generally considered final.

Limited Returns

• Returns and exchanges are accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis and must involve a material defect that prevents the product from functioning as intended.

2. Products Manufactured by Oddball ORV

Defective Items

• If you receive a product manufactured by Oddball ORV that you believe is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to file a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) claim.

Exchange Policy

• We will, at our discretion, offer an exchange for a like or equivalent product.

Return Shipping

• Oddball ORV will cover return shipping costs for items confirmed to be defective.

3. Products Manufactured by Other Fabricators

Fabricator's Decision

• For products not manufactured by Oddball ORV, the decision to accept a return or exchange rests solely with the individual fabricator.

Facilitation

• We will do our best to facilitate communication between you and the fabricator but cannot guarantee a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements

• Exchanges may be accepted if the wrong item was ordered and the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped (e.g., unopened, in original packaging).

4. Made-to-Order Items

No Returns or Exchanges

• Many of our items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged once built and shipped, unless there is a material defect with the part.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the item has not yet been shipped.

After Shipping

• If the item has been shipped, the return policy applies.

6. Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee of up to 20% may be assessed on approved returns of shipped items.

Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

7. Inspection of Packages

Immediate Inspection

• You are responsible for inspecting all packages upon receipt.

Documenting Damage

• Any damage to the packaging must be documented and reported before opening the package.

Impact on Returns

• Failure to document package damage prior to opening may affect your eligibility for a return or refund.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

No Additional Warranties

• Oddball ORV makes no warranties other than ensuring that products will arrive undamaged and in working condition.

9. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us Within 48 Hours

• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Provide Necessary Information

• Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

10. Contact Information

Reply to your Purchase Receipt email that you received after placing your order. That will provide us the necessary information to lookup your order in our system. If you don't have that email, you may reach out to us via the Contact form here.
