Oddball Shipping Policies

  1. Oddball ORV offers many of our own products in addition to products by other fabricators in the Odyssey community. Here are the shipping policies we abide by:
  2. For items that are in stock we will do our best to ship with three business days. This may change from time to time based on the availability of parts and people to facilitate the shipping.
  3. For items that are designated "made to order" please read this policy page on detailed information about manufacturing lead times.
  4. During periods of high order activity, shipping lead times may increase. 
  5. If a part ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will do our best to contact you to keep you updated on when your order might ship.
  6. Oddball ORV is not responsible for any delay once the order is delivered to the carrier.
  7. Within 24 to 48 hours of shipping your order, you should receive a shipment notification along with your order tracking information.
  8. Customers are responsible for all customs, taxes and other fees imposed during or after shipping.
  9. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping. Customer is responsible to inspect packaging during opening to verify conditions. If any external damage is visible, the customer
    is responsible to take detailed pictures of packaging as shipment is opened. 
  10. If an item is damaged, the customer will need to file a claim with the applicable shipping agency. 
  11. For shipments outside of the US, please call us first so we can verify that we are able to ship to your location.
  12. Unless otherwise specified in a product page, the customer pays for shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available however there may still be a three business day period before your order is shipped.
