Oddball Shipping Policies

At Oddball ORV, we strive to provide timely and efficient shipping for all our customers. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our practices and your responsibilities.

1. General Shipping Information

Oddball ORV offers both our own products and products from other fabricators in the Odyssey community.

2. Shipping Timeframes

In-Stock Items

  • For items that are in stock, we will do our best to ship within three business days.
  • Shipping times may vary based on the availability of parts and personnel.

Made-to-Order Items

  • For items designated as "Made to Order," please refer to the specific product page for detailed information about manufacturing lead times.
  • During periods of high order activity, shipping lead times may increase.

3. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

  • If a part ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will do our best to contact you with updates on when your order might ship.

4. Shipping Delays

  • Oddball ORV is not responsible for any delays once the order is delivered to the carrier.
  • Within 24 to 48 hours of shipping your order, you will receive a shipment notification along with your tracking information.

5. Shipping Costs and Options

Shipping Charges

  • Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the customer pays for shipping at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options are available; however, there may still be a three-business-day period before your order is shipped.

6. International Shipping

Verification Required

  • For shipments outside of the U.S., please contact us first to verify that we are able to ship to your location.

Customs and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all customs, taxes, and other fees imposed during or after shipping.

Tracking and Delivery Responsibility

  • Critical Attention to Tracking: It is crucial that international customers pay close attention to the tracking information provided and monitor their package's progress.
  • Delivery Attempts: Carriers may attempt delivery when no one is available to receive the package, leading to the package being returned to us.
  • Alternate Delivery Address: If you live in a remote location or are not available to accept the package, we strongly advise having the package shipped to a local shipping and receiving business or an address where someone can accept it on your behalf.

Failed Delivery and Return Shipments

  • Customer Responsibility for Additional Costs: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and any customs or taxes imposed for reshipping.
  • Reshipping Timeline: We must wait until the returned item arrives back at our facility before we can reship it to you.

7. Damage During Shipping

Customer Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
  • You are responsible for inspecting the packaging upon receipt to verify its condition.

Documenting Damage

  • If any external damage is visible, you must take detailed pictures of the packaging as you open the shipment.

Filing Claims

  • If an item is damaged, you will need to file a claim with the applicable shipping agency.

8. Alignment with Return Policy

Please note that our Shipping Policy is in agreement with our Return and Refund Policy regarding responsibilities and procedures for damaged or defective items.

9. Contact Information

Reply to your Purchase Receipt email that you received after placing your order. That will provide us the necessary information to lookup your order in our system. If you don't have that email, you may reach out to us via the Contact form here.
