FL350 Neutral Safety Switch. If you have a fresh battery, the key is on, the run switch is set to run and your transmission is in neutral and pressing the starter button does nothing, you may have an issue with your neutral safety switch. These come with a wiring harness attached (not shown in the image) and plugs into the wiring harness. Swapping out this part should only take ~ 5 minutes with just a few tools.
