CRITICAL INSTALLATION & REBUILD NOTES:
Note 1: DO NOT PRESS OUT OLD JOINTS. When rebuilding your axles, you CAN NOT press the old U-joints out using a hydraulic press—doing so will bend the axle yoke ears and permanently ruin the axle. The original joint must be carefully cut out using a Dremel tool with a 2" cut-off wheel.
Note 2: REUSE YOUR CIRCLIPS & SPACERS. These replacement joints DO NOT include the spacer washers or retaining circlips. You must clean and reuse the original factory hardware from your axles. It is critical to use proper snap ring pliers to remove the circlips without distorting or damaging them.
