Important Fitment & Installation Notices:

Builder Kit Scope: This package includes only the front hubs, caliper mounting brackets, and bracket mounting hardware. You must independently source your own brake calipers, rotors (discs), brake pads, and hydraulic lines. Wheel Clearance Requirement: This conversion will NOT fit factory stock Odyssey drum wheels. Modern aftermarket wheels are required to clear the hub assembly, aftermarket rotors, and calipers.
Banjo Bolt & Knuckle Clearance Check: Once you mount your calipers, verify that the front hub spins freely by hand. If the hub binds, it indicates an alignment issue caused by the caliper banjo bolt or brake line fitting pressing against the steering knuckle. This can be resolved with minor clearance grinding on the knuckle at the contact point or by using brake lines with curved banjo fittings.
Caliper Orientation & Bleeding Step: On the FL350, calipers mount inverted (upside down) on the brackets to clear steering and suspension geometry. When bleeding the hydraulic circuit, you must unbolt the caliper and rotate it right side up so the bleeder screw sits at the absolute highest point to release trapped air.
Bleeding Technical Warning: FL350 front brake systems are notoriously stubborn to bleed. Minimal vertical drop from the master cylinder to the front wheels and long flat line runs create air pockets. Syringe back-bleeding or vacuum bleeding is strongly recommended to get a firm lever or pedal.
