PLEASE READ NOTE THREE BELOW!!!
Enhance the capabilities of your FL350R with our comprehensive Water Cooling Kit, designed to elevate your machine's performance to new heights. This meticulously assembled kit encompasses everything you need for an efficient cooling solution, including a water-cooled cylinder head tailored for optimal heat dissipation, a robust radiator, and a secure radiator mounting bracket. Additionally, it features a high-performance water pump and bracket, alongside a fan and bracket designed to ensure your engine remains at an optimal temperature, even under extreme conditions.
To complete your setup, please note that while this kit provides the core components for a water cooling system, you will need to acquire the necessary tubing and wiring separately to connect everything seamlessly.
For those who are pushing their FL350R with numerous performance enhancements, maintaining an optimal operating temperature is crucial. Our water-cooled cylinder head stands out as the premier stock bolt-on upgrade for this purpose, ensuring your machine performs at its best without overheating.
Note 1: To accommodate the Bishop Precision Cylinder Head, an upgrade included in this kit, you will need to replace the existing cylinder head bolts. This minor modification is essential for securing the enhanced cooling system and ensuring the longevity and reliability of your upgraded FL350R.
Note 2: Be aware that tubing and wiring are essential for the installation of the Water Cooling Kit but are not included. These components must be purchased separately to complete the installation process effectively.
Note 3: You must change the quantity of EITHERÂ the Bishop Precision head OR the Rand style cylinder head from 0 to 1 based on the cylinder head design you want. This gives you the choice between the two different styles of cooling heads. Functionally they both perform well. The Bishop Precision head is a newer design that allows you to take the head off without draining radiator fluid. The Rand style head is an older design that has the head bolts inside where coolant goes so checking headbolts requires emptying radiator fluid. Beyond that difference, both heads will keep the FL350 motor nice and cool.
