- Required Packaging Info: You must include your phone number inside the core return box so we can contact you regarding your inspection results and eligible credit amount.
- Unusable Core Policy: If your core cannot be rebuilt, we will check inventory for an outright unit. If no spare master cylinder is available to ship without a core return, your original core will be returned and your purchase refunded.
- Turnaround Timeline: Delivery timing depends on shelf inventory. If a pre-built unit is available, it ships promptly after core inspection. If no rebuilt core is on hand, we will rebuild your verified core and return it, which takes approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
