Our specialized rebuild service focuses on restoring the internal mechanical integrity of your original equipment manufacturer (OEM) carburetor. We utilize a custom-curated selection of high-quality components to replace worn jets, seals, and gaskets, ensuring your carb performs like new.

How the Process Works:

1. Order & Contact: After completing your purchase, please contact us with your order number to receive the shipping address for our service center.
2. Ship Your Carb: You are responsible for shipping your carburetor to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
3. Inspection: Once received, we perform a thorough inspection. Please note that we only rebuild the specific unit you send us; we do not offer core exchanges.
4. Service: If the carb is in rebuildable condition, we perform a complete internal overhaul. Note that this service is for mechanical restoration only—we do not perform cosmetic restoration on the exterior.
5. Return Shipping: The shipping price paid at checkout covers the secure return of your rebuilt carburetor back to you.

Important Service Notes:

• Rebuildability: If your carburetor has significant physical damage, such as heavy internal corrosion, rust, or bent/broken bodies, it may be deemed non-rebuildable. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss options.
• Refund Policy: If a carb is found to be non-rebuildable, we will refund your purchase price minus the cost of return shipping.
• No Kits: Because these components must be sourced individually, we do not currently sell a standalone "DIY" rebuild kit.
