Condition, Inspection & Exchange Policy:
- Original Used OEM Units: These stators are pulled directly from used donor machines. They are in usable, working condition but are not in like-new cosmetic shape. Expect normal vintage wear such as surface patina, weathered wire sleeving, or light staining from decades inside an engine case.
- Visual Inspection (Untested on Bench): We do not have the specialized testing equipment to perform live bench tests or ohm out every circuit dynamically. However, we carefully inspect each unit visually for intact copper coil windings, solid solder joints, sound core laminations, undamaged mounting plates, and complete wiring leads. We only ship units we are fully confident will work.
- Extremely Limited Availability: Genuine FL350 electrical components are scarce. Used stock is strictly dependent on available donor machines.

Our Inspection Criteria:
- Coil Integrity: Windings are checked for signs of physical contact, gouges, burned wire insulation, or unraveling copper.
- Backing Plate & Mounts: Base plates are examined to ensure mounting tabs, alignment dowels, and hardware holes are straight and crack-free.
- Wiring & Connections: Harness leads and rubber case pass-through grommets are inspected to verify intact wire insulation and usable factory connectors.
- Clean Assembly: Excess trail grit and external grime are wiped down so the assembly is clean and ready for installation.
